Alfa Investment _ operating out of Ecuador, the company offers Private Placement Programs, affiliate compensation grids, and loyalty perks.
But the first thing that really sticks when you look at the company is the blank-slate website, which merely shows an affiliate login portal. A Mauricio Mosquera on the PR vids claims to be the CEO, while the entire CEO and company mix lack any business record on or off the internet.
A decent Google search shows that Mauricio Mosquera is not a specific character, with results for pop singers, business owners, teachers, etc., hardly any record of the person on the Alfa Investment PR vids is available online.
So, who is the CEO then?
Maurice Mosquera is the PR primer for Alfa Investment, which claims to provide PPPs on various investment instruments.
Further, the company provides a UK incorporation certificate as evidence of SEC compliance. Regardless, for a PPP trader, such a cert from the UK is likely cosmetic since the UK doesn’t seem to check compliancy as fastidiously as the US SEC.
Here is the gist.
Private Placement Programs are huge risks to any investor’s portfolio, regardless of the indices involved on the backend. None of the intricate risk ratios guarantees a net profit to the investor. Yet, an unidentified CEO proxy is egging on investors to subscribe to a flat quote 30% ROI program!
We highlight crucial aspects of the Alfa Investment Capital investments, intending to determine if they are legit.

Unilevel Grids _ Residual Commissions & Loyalty Perks
Most passive income opportunities use unilevel grids to determine weighted profits for members across their referral downlines.
So, how does a unilevel grid work? Here is a short description.
Unilevel structures allot the top position to an affiliate upon registration. The affiliate can start other levels by personally recruiting members to Level 1. Similarly, Level 1 affiliates start Level 2 by recruiting people to buy membership packages.
Also, each member in every level is part of a branching lattice, which continues down an infinite level.
However, Alfa Investment only pays down to Level 5. It pays _
2.5% to Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5;
10% on personally referred members to Level 1 affiliates.

Also, Alfa Investment pays a flat-quote five percent (5%) commission on cumulative downline volumes as Residual Commissions.
Moreover, Alfa Investment affiliates earn the following bonuses as Partner Bonus perks.
Black Diamonds _ 3% per month
Red Diamonds earn 2.5% per month
Blue Diamonds earn 2% per month

Correspondingly, the Rank Achievement Bonus confers the following benefits.
Blue Diamond _ earns the affiliate a house worth $150000
Diamond _ pays the affiliate a 7-day Dubai trip and an optional 6 Days for the affiliate and his companion
Emerald _ earns the affiliate a car worth $30000
Ruby _ pays you a Cartier watch
Amethyst _ MacBook Pro
Topaz _ qualifies the affiliate for the latest iPhone series

Alfa Investment Capital Review _ Is It A Scam?
Alfa Investment is a play on “alpha investing”, a statistical tool that tracks investment yields against a benchmark market index. Impliedly, the company is affecting an air of high-toned market cognizance, which is also in line with the PPP portfolio it offers.
None of these would’ve been too much of a problem if Alfa Investment could clear the red flags below.
Red Flags!
The red flags about the platform are _
- Zero evidence of profits from a private placement investment;
- Anonymous operators and a proxy CEO front;
- Risky portfolio at zero disclosures to the investors about risk on the backend; and
- Flat quote 30% monthly ROI
Every one of the above points is a feature of most high-yield programs Ponzi.
The company offers a fixed return, depending on recruitment to meet withdrawal requests, and go bankrupt (or run away) after a few months.
Apart from these issues, Alfa Investment would need to provide evidence of complying with PPP rules, which requires an intricate account lock bureaucracy at SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications). It poses high risks to the investors’ portfolio at every turn.
Despite these issues, the company’s PRs maintains that investors will receive 30% returns on a $100 million investment.
As shown in the ad,
“PPP High Yield Financial Programs offer unrivaled returns at zero risk.”
(Bold print is ours)
If you buy PPP instruments from a bank, you can profit from the difference in the purchase price and eventual sales price (much like arbitrage). The problem is that you won’t have any control over this contract at all. It all depends on the trader to initiate a transaction.
However, there is a catch. To check frauds, you can collateralize your funds using the SWIFT MT799, which provides a layer of security. Also, it shows the transaction description as Narrative.
Contrast these basic details with the off-hand flat quote ROI at zero risk from an anonymous trader. If PPPs are safe, it wouldn’t require this much financial check.
